Terms of Use
These terms describe how you may use this independent review of Godz Casino. By reading the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We are a publisher of opinion and information, not a gambling operator.
What this site is
This website reviews Godz Casino, with a focus on its game library, providers, bonuses, payments and support. Our writers describe what they saw on the operator's own pages and screens and give a personal assessment. We do not operate the casino, we do not hold player funds and we cannot place bets for you.
Any score on the site reflects our view at the time of writing. It is an opinion, not a guarantee of how the operator will treat you.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep figures and descriptions accurate, but online casinos change bonuses, limits, game lists and payment options without notice. Something we describe may be different by the time you visit.
Where the operator does not publish a detail, we say so instead of guessing. Always check the current terms on the operator's website before you register, deposit or claim an offer. If our page and the operator's terms disagree, the operator's terms are the ones that apply to your account.
Age and local law
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Online gambling is restricted in many places, and the rules in Australia depend on the type of service and on where you live. It is your responsibility to check that playing is lawful for you before you do it.
Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. If you are unsure of your position, ask a qualified professional.
Commercial links
Some outbound links on the site are commercial. If you sign up through them we may receive a payment from the operator, at no extra cost to you. We still write our reviews independently and we do not accept payment in exchange for a better score or for hiding a problem.
You are free to visit the operator directly instead of using our links.
Responsible gambling
Gambling carries real financial risk and can become a problem. Only play with money you can afford to lose, set deposit and time limits, and never chase losses. If gambling is affecting your life or someone close to you, talk to a support service such as Gambling Help Online.
We do not target anyone under 18 and we do not encourage anyone to gamble beyond their means.
Intellectual property
Our text, layout and original images belong to this site. Game thumbnails, logos and screenshots of the operator belong to their respective owners and appear here for the purpose of review and commentary. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page, but you may not copy the site wholesale or republish it as your own.
If you are a rights holder and believe something is used improperly, contact us and we will look at it promptly.
Liability and changes
We provide the site as it is and accept no liability for losses that result from using the operator's services or from relying on our content. Our responsibility does not extend to third-party sites we link to.
We may change these terms at any time by updating this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
